HOW TO CONNECT traders DIARY TO CRYPTO EXCHANGES
Trader's Diary works with Binance, OKX, Bybit. We have prepared instructions for connecting a diary to a trading account of these exchanges. We will tell you how to create API keys and connect them via e-mail, Telegram and Discord.
API keys creation
Use the keys only for ''Read only'' mode. The keys with trading permission and without being tied to an IP address have an "expiration date" (usually 90 days). Aftet the expiration date these keys will not be active, Trader's Diary stops receiving information on your trades.

Binance
Important: if you do not have an account on the Finance exchange yet, register using our referral link to get the maximum discount on the commission!
On the official Binance website, click on the user icon, then click “API Management”.
Type the name of API key and click “Create API”.
After passing the security check, API keys with the “Enable reading” settings will be generated.
Copy API Key и Secret Key in order to connect Diary.
Note: Secret Key is displayed only once after creating. If it is necessary, you can easily create a new key.
Authorize in the diary, go to the section 'Connection'.
In the "Crypto API Key" section, select the Binance exchange and enter your keys.
Click "Add". Once done, the process of adding keys and loading your transaction history will commence.
Bybit
On the official Bybit website, click on the user icon and click “API”.
Then click on the "Create new key" button in the right corner.
In the window that opens, enter the name of the key, set the parameters of the

After setting the parameters, click on the "Submit" button, a window with your keys will appear, copy them to connect to the diary.
Note: due to the peculiarities of the Bybit exchange, in order for the Diary to download the history of transactions on the instrument, after connecting the API keys, you need to make a transaction on this instrument.
Example: you have connected a Diary and you need a complete history of your BTCUSDT transactions. Make a trade on this instrument, the history of transactions will be displayed in the Diary.

OKX
On the official OKX website, click on the user icon and click “API”.
Then click on the "Create V5 API key" button in the right side.
Enter the name of the key, passphrase, set the key parameters to "Read", leave the IP address field empty and request the creation codes to your email and mobile phone, or Google Authenticator.
After that, click on the "Confirm" button. You'll see a window with your keys, copy them to connect to the diary.
Well done, the keys have been created, to view them, click "View" and in the window that appears, enter the passphrase and code from SMS, or Google Authenticator.
Authorize in the diary, go to the section 'Connection'.
In the "Crypto API Key" section, select the OKX exchange and enter your keys.
Click "Add". Once done, the process of adding keys and loading your transaction history will commence.
Logging In to Traders Diary
Traders Diary login is implemented via email, via the CScalp bot on Telegram, and also via Discord account. We consider all options.
Via e-mail
Open Diary’s authorization page, enter your e-mail and password, click “Log In”.
A page for entering keys will be opened. Enter the “API Key” and “Secret Key” fields. For specify a sub account if it is necessary. Then click “Add”.
Done, your trading account is connected to Diary!
Note: you can always add new API keys.
Via Telegram
Follow CScalpbot and click "Trading Diary" button.
Then click “Connect to Crypto Diary”.
Enter API keys, click “Trading Diary” again and click “Log In to crypto Diary”.
The bot will create a link for logging in.
Note: the link is valid for 1 hour. After this time, you will need to request a new link in order to log in to Diary.
Through Discord
Open the diary authorization page and click on the Discord icon.
Then the Discord application or web version (in the browser) will open and offer to authorize in the diary.
Click "Authorize".
A page for entering keys will open. Select "Add Crypto API Key".
Select the required exchange and fill in the fields "API Key" and "Secret Key", when adding keys on some exchanges additional information may be required, such as a passphrase or sub-account. Then click "Add".
