Technical questions
If you have successfully connected the API keys to the diary but no trades are found, first make sure that the diary conditions are met:
If all conditions have been met, then proceed as follows:
1) Check whether there is a transaction history on the exchange itself. If you have nothing there, then there is nothing for the Diary to upload
2) Disable IP restriction in the key settings
3) Refresh the page (ctrl+F5 combination)
4) Also refresh the deals by clicking on the "Refresh" button in the top right-hand corner of the page
If the above actions do not bring results, contact our support service.
- The diary only works with Binance, OKX and Bybit open-ended futures.
- Spot platforms aren’t supported.
- Trades must be formed in trade (close at zero).

Make sure you have an activated futures account. Specify "read only" in the key permissions, also allow access from all IP addresses.
In order to use the screener settings and have them saved, it's necessary to register an account. You don’t have to add API keys, but registration is necessary to save the settings.
At the moment, the journal does not support operation in hedging mode for the Bybit exchange.
Check the data and table settings, as you might have funding and commission calculations enabled.
Unfortunately, specific trades cannot be deleted as the data is obtained from the exchange via API keys. Therefore, if they exist on the exchange, they will be displayed in the diary.
Ensure that you're entering the correct passphrase and that you're not mixing up the passphrase and API Secret.
Drag the group you want to add to the new column to the right of the previous one until a line appears indicating that you can add a new group to the right.
By default, the diary has notification sounds enabled for new signals. In the notification settings, you can both enable and disable them.
Make sure that you have selected the correct display period for the trades.
The historical range for loading your trades is determined by the specific exchange. If the trades exist in the exchange's log, they will be loaded into the diary. Otherwise, contact support.
Check the accuracy of the API key input and try again.

Create a "Read-only" key on the exchange's website.
Keys with trading permissions and without an IP address binding have an expiration date (usually 90 days). After this period, such keys stop working, and the Diary stops receiving information about your trades.

In the Profile window, under "Account and security" there is a "Time zone" item. Here you can set the time displayed in your diary's trades.
